INSIDE THE SIMS 2

~Whats new in TS2?~

So, you ask, what is so great about The Sims 2? Well, thats what this page is here for. To start off, the graphics will be really awesome, in complete 3D! You'll be able to create infants, toddlers, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors! Not only that, but as you play the game, your sims will actually grow older. Children won't stay children forever, like in The Sims 1. And after a while, your elderly sims will die of old age. It may not be the happiest thing to look foreward to, but it creates a more realistic environment and lets you have a little variety in your families. Also, adult female sims can get pregnant, and look like it. After a "play" session in bed, females will become a little rounder near the waist, and after a while, a baby will be born! Divorces will be possible if your married sims are not in love anymore, and wish to separate. And weddings will be longer and more meaningful than just a change of clothes and a kiss; the whole family will be involved in the ceremony. Adults can move out of the house to their own lives, without having to marry into another family! Look foreward to all this, coming soon in The Sims 2!

Of course, a lot more new things will be available in The Sims 2, but it's not my place to give away ALL of Maxis' secrets...

Talk about sibling rivalry

A typical family

Look at this family from The Sims 2. You can see the father and mother at the top, their teenage son, their daughter, (child form), an infant and a toddler. Notice the red hair from the father has been passed down through most of the children, with the exception of the daughter getting her looks from her mother. This is how the DNA system works in TS2, so your sim family won't look like they each came from a different planet.
